HIIT training’s superior fat burning abilities

While there is no magical instant fat loss exercise, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) may be the closest thing out there to it! With less than 30 minutes a day you can burn insane amounts of calories. The main concept of HIIT is to use varying intensities throughout or workout and to never let your body adjust too much to one intensity level.

You can use many exercises for interval training, like sprinting or jump-roping, using the treadmill, stairmill, Jacob’s ladder, stationary bike or the elliptical; you could even use the punching bag or do box-jumps. Warm up and cool down

For the best fat burning results, perform a HIIT workout at least three times per week.

Remember, with the HIIT implements high intensity, so always do a warm up pre-workout, and a cool down post-workout. Make sure you’re hydrated by drinking lots of water before, during and after the session!
